I build systems other teams build on, things that did not exist yesterday, and research turned into shipped software.

Software Engineer II at Microsoft. I design and build the systems underneath the product — onboarding frameworks, data pipelines and AI integrations that other teams depend on. The part I like most comes before the code: digging into a problem nobody has solved yet and working out what is actually possible. Twenty products of my own, taken from a blank page to a live URL.

Where I've done it

Software Engineer II @ Microsoft

Hyderabad · Platform engineering for Assist 365 and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

  • Architected deep-linked, contextual guidance across the Microsoft 365 Admin Center — doubled click-through and $84M of projected revenue impact.
  • Led the ChatGPT-powered insights integration — an AI resolution path built into the product, lifting success from 50% to 57%.
  • Migrated Geneva actions from Unify to Assist 365 and built the onboarding framework, so new upstream services plug in instead of being wired by hand.
  • Owned the France and Germany rollouts end to end, data residency and regulatory compliance included.
  • Built the Floodgate survey system from scratch inside Assist 365 for large-scale customer feedback.
  • Designed clickstream pipelines that capture the whole customer journey, so product decisions run on evidence rather than opinion.
